"Adonis Dared to Let Me Speak" is one of Lala Abaddon's earliest metaweaves.  Measuring 24x36", it was created in 2014 for her very first series, "Love Tooth".  The piece is an expression of the ironic repercussions women have faced through history through speaking their minds- often resulting in violence.  This piece took two months for the artist to weave.  Each 3 mm strip was hand cut precisely with a ruler and a box cutter.  It is a deeply emotional piece and the last remaining available work from this coveted series. The piece comes signed and float framed in a white on white frame. It and others are on view at the Cachet Boutique Hotel,  510 W 42nd St, New York City.
